California PACE Loss Reserve Program


The PACE Loss Reserve Program administered by the California Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority (CAEATFA) works with partners and lenders to support PACE financing for energy or water efficiency and clean energy home improvements. Property owners in a PACE-designated area can use PACE financing for the above home improvements without a down payment and repayment included in their property tax bills. SCE Pre-Owned EV Rebate


South California Edison (SCE) is offering it's residential customers a $1,000 rebate for pre-owned battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). Eligible vehicles must be listed on the California HOV list. Please visit SCE's program requirements page to determine whether you are eligible for the Rebate Plus option, which offers $4,000. Conditions apply.

Special EV Rate

SCE TOU-D-PRIME


Southern California Edison (SCE) offers a special rate to customers for electricity used to charge PEVs called TOU-D-PRIME. This Time-Of-Use (TOU) rate plan has the same periods as our TOU-D-4-9PM rate plan option but offers the lowest off-peak rates of all TOU rate plans to optimize savings while charging your vehicle.
